Nassau, Emily H. Budesheim, 79, of Morey Park, Nassau, passed away Sunday, May 29 at her home. She was born in Hudson, the daughter of the late James and Hattie Pullen. She had lived in Nassau for 45 years. Emily retired from SUNY Administration in Albany after 20 years of service. She was predeceased by her husband, Benjamin E. Budesheim, her brothers Wallace and James Pullen, a sister Geraldine Pullen and her granddaughter Jennifer Stasack. She is survived by her daughters Pamela (Peter) Stasack of Rensselaer, Eileen (Michael) Bates of Voorheesville and Sandra (Timothy) Fisher of Nassau, sons Robert (Kathleen) Budesheim of Nassau and Stephen Budesheim of Nassau, a sister Noreen Philips of Edgewater, Fl and 11 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren. Funeral from The Thomas P. Mooney Funeral Home, 11 Elm Street, Nassau, Wednesday at 10:00am. Relatives and friends are invited and may call at the funeral home Tuesday from 4-8 PM. Interment Prospect Hill Cemetery, Valatie. Contributions to The Community Hospice, 295 Valley View Blvd., Rensselaer, NY 12144 in Emily's memory would be appreciated.
