Throughout history, burial has been a common practice in human communities, large and small; around the world. Learn more about burial, the burial services we offer, as well as the basic components of a traditional funeral service in this section of our website.

Graveside service     -    
This service allows the family to have a traditional burial with a meaningful service at the cemetery surrounded by relatives and friends while saving money by not having to use the funeral home for visitation or viewing. This service includes: local transfer of your loved one to the funeral home, required authorizations, services of the funeral director and staff, transportation of your loved one to the local cemetery and supervision of the graveside service by our staff.

Closed casket funeral service in our facility     -    
This service allows the family to have a memorable funeral service in the comfort of our facility which affords the use of seating and bathrooms unlike the graveside service. Following the service we will process to the cemetery with the hearse for the burial. This service includes: the transfer of your loved one to the funeral home, dressing and positioning your loved one in the casket, authorizations, services of funeral director and staff, use of facilities for funeral service and hearse to the local cemetery.

All in one day open casket wake and funeral service     -    
This service is for the family who wants to have a traditional open casket wake and service but may not wish to put themselves through two separate days of emotions. It allows the needed time for public visitation and viewing to take place prior to the funeral service all in our facility. Following the wake and funeral service everyone would accompany the hearse to the cemetery. This service includes: Transportation of your loved one to the funeral home, embalming, dressing, cosmetizing, authorizations, services of funeral director and staff, use of our facilities for wake and funeral service, flower car and hearse to the local cemetery.

Traditional wake and funeral service     -    
This service option is for the family who wishes to have a traditional wake and funeral service spanning two days. This option is good for families that may be large or for the person who may have made such an impact on their community that many people are expected. It also offers the opportunity for the public to have two days to be able to come pay their respects if they are unable to make it one of the days. This service includes: local transportation of your loved one to the funeral home, embalming, dressing, cosmetizing, authorizations, services of funeral director and staff, use of facilities for viewing and funeral service, hearse and flower vehicle.

Green Burial Options
A natural burial may be an option for those that are looking to be more environmentally friendly or wish to return their body to the Earth naturally. We now offer environmentally safe embalming so you may still have a viewing that does not have to take place immediately, burial shrouds and biodegradable wicker caskets.
