Daniel J. Fink, 71, of Stephentown, passed away December 12, 2012 at Albany Medical Center Hospital. Born in Albany to the late George and Ada (Lee) Fink, Daniel had been a lifelong area resident. He worked as a home builder and specialized in log homes even building his own house with his wife in Stephentown in 1984. Daniel was an avid outdoorsman who loved boating, camping, fishing, and especially hunting. He faithfully served his country from 1958-1962 in the United States Army.

He is survived by his loving wife Judy Fink of Stephentown, daughters, Tina (Charles J.) Gilmore of East Greenbush, Shari Fink of Rensselaer, brothers, George (Juanita) Fink of Delmar, Charles (Joan) Fink of Florida, sister Marlene G. Fink, grandchildren, Charles J. Gilmore Jr., Sara and Daniel Dugan, and Amber Bheem, great-grandchild, Kaidan Charles Gilmore, nephews, Ed, Michael, Tony, Mark, Joe, Gary, Dennis, Bruce, Rusty, Keith, Nathan, Johnny, and Kyle, nieces, Helen, Linda Jane, Linda Sue, Dotty, and Sam. In addition to his parents he was predeceased by his sisters, Dorothy and Lois.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend a graveside service on Saturday December 15, 12:00 noon at the Nassau-Schodack Cemetery on Rt. 203 in Nassau. There will be no calling hours.
