Donald J. Clark, 73, of Nassau passed away at home on Dec. 23, 2016. Born in Albany he was the son of the late Earl and Agnes Mitchel-Haas and stepson of the late Dorothy Clark. Donald worked at Williams Press for 13 years before going to work on the railroad as a signalman until his retirement from CSX. He was a ham radio operator with a license allowing him to operate on bands used for international communication. Donald loved to tinker and work with his hands on things around the house. He is survived by his wife of 45 years Linda Clark; son, Donald L. (Jamie) Clark of Nassau; stepsons, Wayne L. Conrad of Ohio and Walter L. (Dawn) Conrad of Schenectady; brothers, Jack Haas of Troy and James Haas of Arizona. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren. He was predeceased by his brothers, Ronald and Earl Clark Jr. and his sisters, Delores, Gloria and Patty Clark. Funeral from the Thomas P. Mooney Funeral Home, 11 Elm St. Nassau on Friday, Dec. 30 at 1:00pm. Relatives and friends are invited to call at the funeral home prior to the service from 11am to 1pm.
