Donald E. Clark, 83, of Middleville, NY passed away on Memorial Day, May 25, 2015. Born and Raised in Albany, NY he served his county in the U.S. Marine Corps and later became involved in the trucking industry working for Dorns Transportation in the 1950s. Donald also worked for Allstate Motor ( PIE) in the 1960s before starting his own business known as Clarks Express of Castleton NY. Along with his wife Alma he built a small camp in Bolton Landing, NY, his favorite place to be in the late 1970s. Donald also built his own house in Castleton in 1985. He was an avid fisherman and hunter. Donald had a passion for racing and drove the yellow #731 at Lebanon Valley Speedway. He is survived by three sons, Donald, Thomas, and David, and a sister Elizabeth Pallone, all presently living in the Albany area. Memorial service from the Thomas P. Mooney Funeral Home, 11 Elm St. Nassau on Friday, May 29 at 8:00PM. Relatives and friends are invited to call at the funeral home prior to the service from 6:00pm - 8:00pm.
