Dorothy Morrow

Morrow-Dorothy B. Morrow of 5 Paisinella Way Cohoes died Sunday July 1, 2012 after a long illness. She was the daughter of the late George and Elizabeth Wagner Bassler and the wife of the late Sydney K. Morrow.

Born in Albany, Dorothy had lived in Nassau for forty-six years and had moved to Cohoes about 4 years ago. Dorothy was a member of the Nassau Reformed Church where she was a member of the Women's Guild. Dorothy was a former Cub Scout den leader.

Dorothy is survived by four sons; Keith G. Morrow of Athens, OH, Gary D. Morrow of Columbus, IN, Wayne M. Morrow of Troy, NY and Earl G. Morrow of Mesa, AZ.

Dorothy was also survived by eight grand children, three great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. Dorothy was predeceased by four sisters; Betty Hersing, Helen Ashworth, Ruth Burns and Edna Rourk.

Funeral from the Thomas P. Mooney Funeral Home, 11 Elm St. Nassau NY Friday 10am.

Relatives and friends are invited and may call at the funeral home Thursday 5-8pm.

Interment St. John's Lutheran Cemetery Colonie.
