Ethan D. Grossman

June 20, 1991 — August 3, 2023

Ethan D. Grossman, 32, of Guilderland passed suddenly at home on August 3, 2023. Born in Albany, he was the son of Cathy Ciriani Grossman and Mitchell (Linda Addario) Grossman. Ethan was a graduate of Chatham High School where he excelled on the football field. He went on to attend SUNY Albany where he earned his bachelor’s degree in psychology, enjoyed life, and served as President of the Rugby Club while enjoying his time playing with the team. Ethan loved singing and was a member of the “Grossman Family Band”. He was a loving son and brother and will be missed by his family and friends.


In addition to his parents, he is survived by his brother Jeffrey Grossman; paternal grandfather, Martin Grossman (the late Sydell); maternal grandmother, Dorothy Ciriani (the late Marco), and several aunts, uncles, and cousins.


Relatives and friends are invited to call at the Thomas P. Mooney Funeral Home, 11 Elm St. Nassau on Friday August 11, from 1:30-3:30p.m. A graveside service will follow the calling hours in St. Mary’s Cemetery, Nassau.


In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Mohawk Opportunities Inc. 201 Nott Terrace, Schenectady NY 12307.
