Jacquelyn C. Bruce

Jacquelyn Bruce, 71, of Stephentown, passed away on Saturday, March 26, 2022. Jacquelyn loved traveling, especially in warm weather, camping, trips to the ocean and beach, and Disney. She adored her grandchildren and enjoyed watching all of their sporting events.
Jacquelyn was preceded in death by the love of her life, the late Ron Bruce; her parents, Edward Couse Sr. and Edna Brust; and brother, Edward “Billy” W. Couse, Jr. She is survived by three sons, David J. Chesnut Jr. (Holly), Brian S. Chesnut (Angela), and Mark E. Chesnut (Nicki); daughter, Jessica Clayborn (Blake); and step-daughters Deana Mason, Theresa Bruce, and Cynthia Souza. She is also survived by her sister Judith Zirpoli (late Jack Wernig.) Along with several nieces and nephews, Jacquelyn will also be remembered by several grandchildren, David Jr., Dylan, Kaylee, Kennedy, Cameron, Andrew, Ethan, Mary Grace, Abigail, Caitlyn, Marisa (Adrian), Chelsea, Meredith, and Isabelle; and one great grandchild, Beatrix.

Friends and relatives are invited to call at the Thomas P. Mooney Funeral Home, 11 Elm Street, Nassau NY, on Thursday, March 31, from 4:00-7:00 PM, with a funeral service commencing at 7:00PM.
