Joseph Mastrangelo

Joseph S. Mastrangelo, 34, of New Britain CT, formerly of Averill Park NY passed away on July 24, 2014. Born in Albany N.Y. he was the son of Peter and Lucy Mastrangelo. Joseph was a fun loving guy who enjoyed spending time with his friends, traveling and attending concerts. He especially loved the art of tattooing and was known to take his truck mud bogging until it was completely covered. He was always being goofy and trying to make you laugh. In addition to his parents he is survived by his wife, Erica, son, Damien Mastrangelo, aunts, Louise Bascome and Maryann Miller, uncles, Anthony Mastrangelo and John Bascome, cousins, Crystal Atherholt, Winnie Mills, Holly Mills, Michael Miller, and Johnny Bascome. A funeral service will be held on Wednesday July 30, 2014, 7:00pm at the Thomas P. Mooney Funeral Home, 11 Elm St. Nassau NY. Relatives and friends may call at the funeral home prior to the service from 4-7pm. Interment will be private at the convenience of the family.
