Patricia Vandeusen

Patricia (Smith) VanDeusen, 79, passed away peacefully on November 21, 2013. She was born May 1, 1934 in Albany to Katherine and Joseph Smith. She will be deeply missed by her husband of 59 years, Jere and her 3 sons, Lane, Bob (Mary Jo) and Chris. She also leaves behind 2 sisters; Joan Irish of Okeechobee, FL and Sue Hoffman of Nassau, NY; 3 grandchildren; Adam, Samantha and Mark along with many nieces and nephews. Pat grew up in Nassau, NY and was a 1952 graduate of Columbia High School. She loved to play cards and to golf, as well as being an avid reader. She enjoyed life to the fullest and will be missed by many. Pat retired and enjoyed living in Okeechobee, FL for 23 years. She was cremated privately. Relatives and friends are invited to attend a Memorial Mass in Pat's memory on Saturday, June 21st, 10:00am at St. Mary's Church in Nassau. Interment, Nassau Cemetery.
