Patrick J. Conlee, 47, formerly of Nassau passed away February 14th, at his home. Born in Albany and raised in Nassau Pat was a graduate of Albany College of Pharmacy and had previously worked at the Nassau Pharmacy. An avid sports enthusiast Pat enjoyed playing sports as well as watching them. He had traveled to see his favorite teams, the Boston Celtics, Baltimore Orioles and Oakland Raiders play in hopes of getting to see a win. He especially loved to spend time with his niece Ella, who he is godfather to, and nephew Grant and they loved their uncle Pat. He will be dearly missed by his cats Cisco and Emmy.

Pat is survived by his parents Michael and Sandra Conlee of Nassau, brothers, Scott Conlee of Claverack and his daughter Chloe and Brent (Bonnie Jean) Conlee and their children Grant and Ella of Averill Park. He is also survived by his friend and companion Cathy Grossman, who is considered part of the family.

Funeral from the Thomas P. Mooney Funeral Home, 11 Elm St. Nassau, Monday, February 18 at 9:15am and from St. Mary's Church in Nassau at 10:00am where a Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated. Relatives and friends are invited to call at the funeral home Sunday the 17th from 4:00pm to 8:00pm. Interment will be private at the convenience of the family.
