Robert A. "Bobby" Place, 46, of East Nassau died April 18, 2011 at the Hospice Inn at St. Peter's Hospital. Bobby was born in Troy to Robert L. and Esther (Reischuck) Place. Bobby worked for many years in heavy construction with Czapluk Excavating. Bobby was a kind man with a great sense of humor who loved drag racing and working on cars.

In addition to his parents Bobby is survived by his; loving girlfriend Regina (Sissy) Hanson, his brother, Ernest (Pamela) Place, grandmother, Doris M. Place, and his Aunts, Uncles, and Cousins. He is predeceased by his; grandparents, Alli and Arthur Reischuck, and Clarence R. Place, as well as his nephew Dustin Joel Place.
