Ronald Schueller

Ronald C. Schueller, 95, of Nassau passed away at Columbia Memorial Hospital on November 20, 2024. Born in Albany, he was the son of the late Henry and Ethel (Bates) Schueller. Ron was a Korean War Veteran having served his country honorably in the United States Army. Ron was a talented artist who enjoyed painting and creating wood sculptures. He loved playing piano and was a member of the band, Sweet Rain, with his son Kevin. Ron also enjoyed attending Sunday service at the Nassau Reformed Church.

In addition to his parents, Ron was predeceased by his wife Edna M. (Wood) Schueller and his son Kevin Schueller. He is survived by his sister Denise Lappies; grandchildren, Shawn K. Schueller and Stacy M. Schueller; great-granddaughter Fern Shultis; daughter-in-law, Cindy Schueller; sister-in-law Noreen Wood; nephews, Brian and Scott Lappies and his good friend Brenda Warburton.

Ronald's funeral service will be held at the Thomas P. Mooney Funeral Home, 11 Elm St. Nassau on Tuesday Nov. 26, 2024, at 2:00p.m. Relatives and friends are invited to visit with Ron's family prior to the service from 12-2p.m. Interment in St. Mary's Cemetery, Nassau.
