Rufus Pritchett

Rufus H. Pritchett Jr., 93, of East Chatham passed away on Oct. 6, 2015 at Columbia Memorial Hospital. Born Feb. 20, 1922 to Rufus H. and Myrtle (Terrell) Pritchett he was a graduate of Albany High School. He Served in the United States Navy during WWII and was a carpenter with the Albany Local for 25 years before retirement. Rufus loved hunting, fishing and camping in the Adirondacks. Mr. Pritchett is survived by; his loving wife of 53 years, Wanda (Jevens) Pritchett, son, Keith Pritchett, daughter, Holly Eger, five grandchildren and one great granddaughter.
