Sebastian Cruisce

Sebastian "Bud" Cruisce was born on October 11, 1929 in Hudson, New York, son of Thomas Cruisce and Jenny Dolan Cruisce. He passed away on May 19, 2024. Sebastian was 94 years of age and was lovingly stubborn to the end.

Sebastian enjoyed hunting and fishing, coin collecting and American "Western" history. He served in the United States Army during the Korean War and was a volunteer umpire for the Nassau Little League. Sebastian had a very strong work ethic and was a faithful provider always ensuring his family had what he could give.

Sebastian is survived by his children James (Lori) and Karen (David), and grandchildren Jillian, Nickolas, Carolyn, Christina, John II and Andrew.

Sebastian was predeceased by his spouse Barbara and son John (Myrna) Cruisce.

Funeral service from the Thomas P. Mooney Funeral Home, 11 Elm St., Nassau, on Wednesday, May 22 at 12:00 p.m. Relatives and friends are invited to visit with Bud's family prior to the service, from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. at the funeral home. Interment will follow the service in St. Mary's Cemetery, Nassau.
