Rensselaer- William A. "Billy" Defoe, Jr., was born on December 15, 1974 in Plattsburgh, NY. He was the beloved son of William A. and Patricia Defoe.
He endured a short 4-month battle with cancer. William passed away peacefully on December 6, 2024, at the age of 49. William was predeceased by his parents.
William was a kind and gentle person who was always willing to lend a listening ear. He enjoyed watching crime shows and wrestling. The Undertaker had inspired him. In his younger years, William had also enjoyed drawing.
The family will celebrate his life privately and at their convenience.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to the Community Hospice, 310 S. Manning Blvd. Albany, NY 12208, who provided compassionate care to William.
