Danielle (St. Hilaire) Donato, 35, of Lake Shore Circle Drive in Nassau passed away Saturday October 27 at her home after a long and valiant battle with cancer. Danielle was born on September 9, 1977 in Troy to Arthur and Frances (Sposito) St. Hilaire. Danielle was a graduate of Troy High School, attended St. John Fisher College in Rochester and graduated from Russell Sage College with a Marketing Degree. She was married on September 4, 2005 to Ralph J. Donato of Vineland N.J. Danielle had been employed at E Trans Media of Troy and was very active in organizations that dedicate themselves to saving distressed animals. In addition to her parents Danielle is survived by her loving husband Ralph J. Donato of Nassau, sisters, Debra St. Hilaire of Waterford, N.Y. and Annette (St. Hilaire) Griffin of Ramertown, N.Y., and her brother, Christopher St. Hilaire of Latham, N.Y. She is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and close friends. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at St. Mary's Church in Nassau on Thursday November 1st at 10:30 am. Relatives and friends are invited to call at the Thomas P. Mooney Funeral Home, 11 Elm St. Nassau on Wednesday evening, October 31st from 4:00 to 8:00pm. Interment in St. Mary's Cemetery, Troy N.Y.
