Donald Williams Sr., 54, of East Greenbush passed away at home on February 19, 2013. A lifetime area resident Donald was born in Troy to the late Clifford Sr. and Isabelle (Stoddard) Williams. Donald was an avid sports fan who loved the New York Yankees and enjoyed wrestling. He liked to watch Cowboys football games and loved listening to music. His hobby was DJing, he could often be seen at family parties playing the music to keep the party going. Donald was most of all a family man and a loving "Poppy" to his grandchildren.

Donald is survived by his wife Jennie Williams, sons, Donald Williams Jr. (Debbie), Daniel J. Williams, Robert Williams (Mellissa), and Jamie M. Williams, brothers, Ronald Williams Sr. who was his twin, Clifford Williams Jr. and Bruce Williams, sister, Mary Williams, grandchildren, Jennifer, Stephanie, Austin, Elaina, William, Wyatt, Olivia, Aidan, and Denver. He is also survived by his great nieces, Abigail and Allyssa and several other great nieces and nephews.

Funeral from the Thomas P. Mooney Funeral Home, 11 Elm St. Nassau on Saturday Feb. 23rd at 10:00am. Relatives and friends are invited to call at the funeral home, Friday Feb. 22 from 4-8pm.
