Anthony Tobia

Anthony J. Tobia, 60, of Hudson, entered eternal life on Saturday, December 4th. Born in the Bronx, NY on June 10, 1950. Anthony is the son of the late Joseph and Camille Tobia. Anthony enjoyed his work at COARC and his love of drawing.

Anthony is survived by his brothers Joseph (Karen) Tobia of Brooklyn, Michael (Jean) Tobia of Yorktown Heights, and Thomas (Janet) Tobia of Nassau; sister, Maryann (Art) Paltz of Edison, NJ. Anthony is predeceased by his sister Joann Tobia Barrett. He is also survived by nephews: Andrew, Alec, Austin, and Aidan; nieces, Jillian, Leighann, Jessica, Gianna Tobia, Kimberly and Katherine Paltz. Anthony is also survived by his Aunt Arlene Tobia of Florida and many cousins.

Friends and relatives are invited to call at the Thomas P. Mooney Funeral Home on 11 Elm Street, Nassau, NY on Tuesday, 6:00 to 8:00 pm Wednesday, 2:00 to 4:00 pm as well as 6:00 to 8:00 pm. Funeral service to follow at 8:00pm. Burial services at the Gates of Heaven Cemetery in Valhalla, NY.

The family would like to thank the staff of Whittier Rehabilitation Center and Whittier Center for the care and support given to Anthony through the years and especially during his recovery from back surgery.
