Nancy Blood

Nancy P. Blood, 76 of Nassau passed away on April 4th 2015. Born in Newton N.J. Nancy had been a local resident since 1969. She was employed as an LPN with Resurrection Nursing home in Castleton until her retirement in 2004. Nancy loved to fish and garden and will be missed by all who knew her.

She is survived by her daughters Elizabeth (Daric) Eggleston and Barbara and Dawn Carling, sons, Billy, Ben, Fred, George and Tom Carling, brothers, Ernest Benjamin and William, sisters, JoAnn and Susan. She is also survived by her grandson Daric and several other grandchildren. A memorial service will be held at the Thomas P. Mooney Funeral Home, 11 Elm St. Nassau on Friday, April 10th at 7:00pm. Relatives and friends are invited to call at the funeral home prior to the service from 5-7pm. Interment will be private at the convenience of the family.
