Rachel Appleby

Appleby, Rachel S., Rachel Stephanie Appleby, born on August 28, 1977 died unexpectedly on Dec. 21, 2017. She is survived by her mother, Diane Maley; father Raymond Appleby; daughter, Sabrina Appleby and her sister Erica Appleby. She is also survived by her extended family and friends. We wish to express our profound sadness at Rachel's passing. She struggled with her addictions and medical problems for the past 20 years. She is at peace at last. Please keep her and her family in your thoughts and prayers. Contributions in Rachel's memory may be made to the charity of your choice. A memorial service will be held at a later date.
