Obituary of Edmond R. Dalbec

Nassau Edmond R. Dalbec, 85, of Nassau passed away on February 10, 2018.  Born in Albany he was the son of the late Edmond and Antionette Dalbec.  Mr. Dalbec was a United States Air Force Veteran and a retired Civil Engineer for the NYS Dept. of Transportation.  Ed enjoyed his time watching sports of all kinds on television and could often be found working on a crossword or Sudoku puzzle.  He loved sailing and motor boating on Nassau Lake and Lake Champlain among others.  He is survived by his wife Janice Dalbec; son, David (Cindy) Dalbec; daughter, Darlene Dalbec; brothers Robert (Patti) Dalbec and Richard (Donna) Dalbec; sister, Marcia Bonneau and his grandchildren, Brandon Westman, Emily Dalbec and Megan Dalbec.  He was predeceased by his daughter Deborah Westman.    Services will be private at the convenience of the family.  Online condolences may be offered at Mooneyfuneralhome.com
