Donald Morris

Donald B. Morris, 79, of Nassau NY, passed away at home on May 9, 2018. He was born on July 18, 1938, the son of the late Kenneth and Viola Morris. Donald attended Columbia High School and proudly served in the U.S. Navy. He retired from the YMCA in Greenville, TX as Property Manager. During his retirement he spent and enjoyed his time with family in New York and Texas. He was predeceased by his daughter Reneé M. Morris of Commerce TX. Donald is survived by his devoted and loving wife of 57 years, Mary M. Morris; son, Donald E. Morris; daughters, Kathleen (Joseph) DeCapita of Nassau NY and Sharon Morris-Spillers (Robert) of Cumby TX; sister, Diane (Jim) Finlay of Rensselaer, NY; grandchildren, Joseph R. DeCapita, Brandon L. DeCapita, Nathan Spillers, Sydney Spillers, Casey Morris and Donny Morris, together with 7 great grandchildren, nephews and nieces. Services will be private at the convenience of the family.
