Patti and I met when our children went to school together and we would bump into each other off and on over the years always connecting over our common interests.
I remember her Jack Russells and my out of control Sheltie who through her encouragement later trained to be a therapy dog. Years later we met again when I lived in Nassau. This time flowers and gardening brought us together. She deadheaded my flowers to keep them blooming.
And one early spring on a hunt for pussy willows we pulled over, jumped out of the car and gathered a few. Patti was always up for an adventure and although life threw her some difficult curves she found a new faith in her later years that helped her keep going.
We both moved again but every once and a while we'd bump into each other in the grocery store and share a hug, I will miss those times and I hope sharing some of my memories will add to the ones you have and make you smile.

Patty is remembered for her sparkling eyes, bright smile and her cheefull laugh. May the light that she shared with us here on earth shine down to help guide us through the sadness of her loss. RIP Sweet Patty.

I have so many good memories of cousin Patty. The Cunningham crew, all eight of us riding the school bus from Chateau Court to St. Plus. Kick ball games in the street that ran between our houses. Taking turns putting on plays or a circus for the neighborhood kids in our garages. Patty took her role as the oldest very seriously and was always in charge. Later watching her ride her horse English style in various shows and competitions. She was so good. As an adult she was a good Mom and grand mom, loving all her kiddies with huge hugs and kisses. Patty, I love and miss you. Tara, may your happy memories of good times with your Mom help you through. Our deepest sympathies to you, Jim and Brandon.
