Louise W. Curtis, 86, of Nassau passed away August 5, 2011 at St. Mary's Hospital in Troy. Daughter of the late William and Mary (Stiger) Stinson she was a resident of Nassau for 54 years coming from Long Island City, Queens. Louise was a member of the Sand Lake Baptist Church.

She is survived by her; sons, Ralph F. (Jean) Barile of Lillington NC, and Robert W. (Kathy) Barile of Nassau; stepsons, Mark Curtis and John Curtis; daughter, Linda Jean (Charles) Emery of Nassau; sister, Virginia Palmer of Nassau; 9 Grandchildren, 14 great grandchildren, and 2 great-great grandchildren. She was predeceased by her first husband Ralph T. Barile and second husband Jack Curtis as well as one grandson.

Funeral service from the Thomas P. Mooney Funeral Home, 11 Elm St. Nassau on Tuesday, August 9 at 10:00am. Relatives and friends are invited to call at the funeral home on Monday August 8, from 4-8pm. Interment in St. Mary's Cemetery Nassau.
