Maria Altagracia Perez 89; passed peacefully on Friday July 24, 2020. Loving Mother, Grandmother, Aunt and great predecessor. Maria will be cherished fondly. May her loving soul be carried in the hearts of her family forever. A gracious Thank You to the Van Rensselaer Manor for their loving and compassionate care. Additionally, we would like to express our gratitude to Hospice, for making the final chapter of her adored life as comfortable as you all have.
Private Services will be held on Monday July 27, 2020, beginning at 1:00PM at the Thomas Mooney P. Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers; donations to the Diabetes and Alzheimer's Foundation would be affectionately appreciated.
