Obituary of Jean F Klimack

Klimack, Jean F Jean F. Klimack, 76, of Schodack, passed away peacefully surrounded by family on May 25, 2021. Born in Albany, she was the daughter of the late John and Pearl Wiltsey. Jean is survived by her loving husband of 52 years, Andrew R Klimack. Jean graduated from Vincentian Institute in Albany. She went on to work for the New York State Court of Claims. She also worked at Appleland Farms and Becker’s Nursery in East Greenbush where her love of gardening flourished. She was also an animal lover, travel enthusiast and ardent Mets and baseball fan. Jean was a devoted wife, mother and grandmother. In addition to her husband, she is survived by her children, Stephen (Mary Sarah) Klimack of East Greenbush and Jill Johnson of Wallingford, Connecticut and grandchildren Thomas and Grace Klimack and Alison and Maci Johnson. She was predeceased by her sister Barbara Johnson. The burial will be private and at the convenience of the family. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to The Community Hospice Foundation at St Peter’s Health Partners.
