Kathleen Ann Cioffi, 53 , of Nassau passed away on December 3, 2021 at St. Peter’s Hospital in Albany. Born in Albany she was the daughter of Kathleen and the late Patrick Rohl. Kathy was fun loving and enjoyed her 80’s hair bands. She loved to travel, especially to go camping at Verona Beach State Park, among others, where she would relax on the beach. Kathy enjoyed her time spent with family, whether it be shopping, laying by the pool, sharing her love of Disney, or attending her children’s sporting events and school activities. She will be missed by all who knew her.
She is survived by her loving husband Gerardo “Jerry” Cioffi; her children, Angelo and Alicia Cioffi; brothers Patrick (Michele) Rohl and Steven (Erin) Rohl and her nieces and nephews, Madison, Emily, Patrick and Tommy Rohl. A Funeral Mass will be held on Wednesday at 11:30AM at St. Mary's Church in Nassau. Relatives and friends are invited to call at the Thomas P. Mooney Funeral Home, 11 Elm St., Nassau, on Tuesday evening from 4-8PM. Interment in St. Mary’s Cemetery, Nassau. Donations in Kathy’s memory may be made to a charity of your choice.
