Shannon Lynn Haley-Wilbur

Shannon Lynn Haley-Wilbur, 52, of Fonda, NY, passed away at Westchester Medical Center on Thursday, January 20, 2022. The daughter of Catherine and the late Edward J. Haley Jr., Shannon was a graduate of Maple Hill High School and received her associate degree. Once an account specialist in Key Bank in Albany, NY, Shannon, known as a “rockhound,” had a passion for mining and growing flowers and vegetables. This passion later led her to become a Herkimer diamond miner for her own company, Haley-Wilbur Rocks. Shannon is survived by her husband, Donald R. Wilbur, and will be missed by many friends and family.
Friends and relatives are invited to call at the Thomas P. Mooney Funeral Home on Thursday, January 27 from 4:00-7:00 PM. A graveside service will be held Friday, January 28 at 11:00 AM at Horizonview Cemetery on Brookview Station Road, Castleton NY.
