Mark T. Winnie

Mark T. Winnie, 50, of Albany passed away suddenly at home on May 21, 2022. Born in Catskill he was a graduate of Ravena-Coeymans-Selkirk High School, and went on to attend Hudson Valley Community College. Mark was most recently employed by Hannaford Supermarkets as a Manager. He was passionate about collecting figurines, especially from The Walking Dead and Lord Of The Rings. Mark was a lifelong fan of the San Francisco 49ers.
Mark was predeceased by his mother, Katherine Winnie. He is survived by his father, Donald (Marianne) Winnie Jr. of Nassau; brothers, Donald (Virginia) Winnie III of Hudson and Michael (Sandra) Winnie of Troy. His is also survived by his niece and nephew, his dear friend Hadass Kaufman as well as many other close friends and co-workers.
Relatives and friends are invited to call at the Thomas P. Mooney Funeral Home, 11 Elm St. Nassau on Friday from 4-7PM. Everyone is invited to a celebration of life immediately following the calling hours at the Chandler Young Veterans Association, 7 Lyons Lake Road, Nassau, NY 12123. In lieu of flowers donations in Mark's memory may be made to the American Diabetes Association, 50 Colvin Ave. Albany, NY 12206.
