Joyce Ann Bingham Joyce Ann Bingham, 54, of East Chatham, NY, passed away on Saturday January 28th, 2012, at the Roswell Park Cancer Institute in Buffalo, NY, after nearly a year-long, hard-fought battle with leukemia. Joyce was born March 19th, 1957, in Pittsfield, MA, to Frank and Harriet Lawton. She enjoyed cooking, gardening, crafts, camping, and spending time with her family, friends, children, grandchildren, as well as , her pet and companion Remy. Joyce is survived by her beloved partner, Paul Sears of East Chatham, NY; daughter, Lisa; son Charles Bingham Jr. and his partner Mindy Quinn, of New Lebanon, NY; three grandchildren, Carlie Quinn, Ralphael Lazala and Charles Bingham III; her sister Alice Lawton of East Chatham, NY; and her brothers, George Lawton, of Delanson, NY, and Kevin Lawton of Albany, NY. In addition to numerous nieces and nephews. Joyce was predeceased by her brother, Leon Lawton and her sister, Gail Lawton. Joyce is a kindred spirit, a special person loved by all, who will always be a part of and bless the lives of those she touched. She will be dearly missed and always remembered. Calling hours will be held Wednesday February 1st, 2012 from 4pm to 8pm at the Thomas P. Mooney Funeral Home, located at 11 Elm Street, Nassau, NY 12123. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Capcom Federal Credit Union 18 Computer Drive East Albany NY 12205 c/o Joyce's Rainbow Fund #639991 to help defray the non-covered costs associated with treatment.
